The Foundation puts much energy into the field of dwellings adapted for the blind. For example, a superb building of 17 specially adapted apartments, the Complexe Armand Houle is the pride of the Foundation. This complex offers exceptional comfort to its tenants at the price of a H.L.M. Moreover, the Foundation is striving for the restoration and the adaptation of many units of housing.
It goes without saying that environment is of prime importance for the visually impaired. Once familiarized with his surroundings, a visually challenged person wishes to remain there. For this reason the Foundation is dedicated to assuring an adequate environment for the blind, both inside and outside of their residences.
